What You'll Actually Do
Interns in the CNFDNT program engage in real execution under supervision and guidance. Depending on placement and interest, you may support work across areas such as:

Community & Experience Management
Engagement, support
Sales & Partnership Coordination
Outreach, relationships

Building, documenting
Some interns focus on one or two areas, while others rotate across functions. Execution is paired with structured reflection, feedback, and evaluation—so the experience builds over time.
This is about learning how to operate, not just completing tasks.
