Partner / Employer Participation Agreement
This Partner / Employer Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between CNFDNT and the undersigned Partner Organization (“Partner”) for participation in the CNFDNT Internship Program™.
1. Purpose of Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms under which the Partner may host and support interns placed through the CNFDNT Internship Program™.
CNFDNT operates the Internship Program as the provider of record, responsible for intern recruitment, training, supervision, evaluation, academic coordination, and certification.
2. Program Structure & Roles
CNFDNT Responsibilities
CNFDNT agrees to:
- Recruit and screen qualified interns
- Assign interns based on Partner needs and intern skill alignment
- Serve as the primary supervisor and administrator of the internship
- Track intern hours and performance
- Conduct evaluations and issue certifications
- Coordinate academic documentation for credit-bearing interns
Partner Responsibilities
The Partner agrees to:
- Provide meaningful, skill-building work aligned with internship learning objectives
- Assign a designated functional supervisor or point of contact
- Provide guidance, context, and feedback related to assigned tasks
- Maintain a professional and safe working environment
- Communicate regularly with CNFDNT regarding intern progress
3. Supervision & Employment Status
- Interns remain participants in the CNFDNT Internship Program™ at all times.
- Interns are not employees of the Partner organization.
- CNFDNT retains responsibility for:
- Learning oversight
- Academic alignment
- Formal evaluations
- Partner supervision is functional only and does not establish an employment relationship.
4. Scope of Work
Intern assignments may include support in areas such as:
- Content & Media Operations
- Admin & Executive Operations
- Community & Experience Management
- Sales & Partnership Support
- AI Tools & Product Systems
- Creative Research & Brand Development
- Product & Curriculum Support
Interns may:
- Focus on up to two primary areas, or
- Participate in a structured rotation across multiple areas
Specific tasks and timelines will be coordinated between CNFDNT and the Partner.
5. Time Commitment & Scheduling
- Internship hours and schedules are coordinated through CNFDNT.
- Partners agree to respect:
- Academic obligations (where applicable)
- Program hour requirements
- Reasonable scheduling practices
6. Compensation (If Applicable)
- Any stipends or project-based compensation must be coordinated through CNFDNT.
- Partners may not independently compensate interns without CNFDNT approval.
- Compensation structures may include:
- Project-based stipends ($175 per completed project)
- Monthly stipends ($250 per month)
7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
- Interns may have access to confidential or proprietary information.
- Partners agree to:
- Clearly identify confidential materials
- Use intern work only within agreed project scope
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Work produced by interns remains usable by the Partner for internal or agreed purposes
- CNFDNT may reference non-confidential work for portfolio or educational documentation
8. Conduct, Safety & Compliance
The Partner agrees to:
- Maintain a professional, inclusive, and respectful environment
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Immediately report any concerns related to:
- Safety
- Misconduct
- Harassment
- Ethical violations
CNFDNT reserves the right to remove an intern from placement if necessary.
9. Evaluation & Feedback
- Partners agree to:
- Participate in midpoint and/or final feedback
- Complete the CNFDNT Supervisor Evaluation Form when requested
- Feedback informs:
- Academic verification
- Certification decisions
- Program improvements
10. Term & Termination
- This Agreement is effective upon signature and remains valid for the duration of intern placement(s).
- Either party may terminate participation with written notice.
- CNFDNT may immediately terminate placement if:
- Program standards are not met
- Intern welfare is at risk
11. No Guarantee of Services
Participation in the CNFDNT Internship Program™ does not guarantee intern availability or duration. Intern placement is subject to program capacity, alignment, and performance.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable state of CNFDNT's principal operations.
13. Agreement Acceptance
By signing below, the Partner acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
