This document is provided for academic verification purposes related to the CNFDNT Internship Program™.
Program Structure Statement
The CNFDNT Internship Program™ is a supervised experiential learning program that is:
- United States–based and remote-first
- Non-hazardous in nature
- Primarily conducted in professional, digital, and administrative environments
Interns participate in tasks related to operations, media, research, systems support, community management, and related professional functions.
Employment & Liability Status
- Interns participating in the CNFDNT Internship Program™ are not employees of CNFDNT or partner organizations.
- CNFDNT serves as the internship provider of record for academic and supervisory purposes.
- Partner organizations provide functional guidance only and do not establish an employment relationship.
Insurance Disclosure
- CNFDNT does not require interns to perform activities involving physical risk, hazardous materials, or regulated work environments.
- Due to the remote-first and non-hazardous nature of the program, separate internship-specific liability insurance is not required for participation.
When applicable:
- Interns are expected to maintain any personal insurance coverage required by their academic institution.
- Academic institutions retain responsibility for determining any additional insurance requirements for student participation.
Safety & Conduct Commitment
CNFDNT is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and safe learning environment. Any concerns related to conduct, ethics, or safety are addressed promptly by program leadership.
CNFDNT reserves the right to remove interns from placements if program standards or participant well-being are at risk.
