PROGRAM STRUCTURE NOTE (Applies to All Tracks)
Interns in the CNFDNT Internship Program™ may either:
- Concentrate in up to two primary tracks, or
- Participate in a structured rotation across multiple tracks
This flexibility allows interns to:
- Develop depth in specific operational areas, and/or
- Gain cross-functional exposure across real-world business environments
Track selection and rotation structure are determined by intern skill level, program needs, and placement availability.
PROGRAM-WIDE LEARNING OUTCOMES (All Interns)
By the end of the internship, all interns will be able to:
- Apply professional skills in real operational environments with accountability and consistency
- Execute responsibilities that directly support live businesses, brands, and initiatives
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, teams, and external partners
- Document systems, workflows, and outcomes in a clear and repeatable format
- Demonstrate growth in initiative, reliability, and professional judgment
- Reflect on applied learning through case studies, presentations, and testimonials
Interns gain hands-on experience supporting high-performing brands, platforms, and media properties, including exposure to top-tier podcasts, content ecosystems, and operator-led organizations operating at the highest levels of their respective industries.
TRACK 1: Content & Media Operations
Focus: Supporting content production, publishing workflows, and media systems across high-impact platforms.
Learning Outcomes
Interns will be able to:
- Support content production workflows across digital platforms
- Assist in organizing and managing media assets for distribution
- Apply brand standards to real content operations
- Collaborate with creative teams in fast-paced production environments
- Document content workflows for repeatable execution
- Observe and contribute to content strategies used by top-performing media brands
TRACK 2: Admin & Executive Operations
Focus: Supporting internal operations, scheduling, coordination, and executive support systems.
Learning Outcomes
Interns will be able to:
- Support administrative and operational workflows within live organizations
- Manage scheduling, communications, and documentation systems
- Maintain professional standards in executive-facing environments
- Support decision-making processes through organization and preparation
- Prioritize tasks in high-responsibility environments
- Document operational systems used by high-level operators
TRACK 3: Community & Experience Management
Focus: Supporting online communities, engagement systems, and live or virtual experiences.
Learning Outcomes
Interns will be able to:
- Support community engagement and member communication workflows
- Assist in executing digital or in-person experiences
- Monitor engagement patterns and participant feedback
- Apply moderation and experience standards
- Support onboarding and retention initiatives
- Document community systems used by high-growth platforms
TRACK 4: Sales & Partnership Support
Focus: Supporting outreach, partnerships, affiliate programs, and relationship management.
Learning Outcomes
Interns will be able to:
- Support outreach and partnership coordination
- Assist in organizing leads, contacts, and campaigns
- Track communications and follow-up processes
- Support affiliate or partner workflows
- Maintain professionalism in external-facing roles

TRACK 5: AI Tools & Product Systems
Focus: Supporting automation, digital tools, and internal operational systems.

Interns will be able to:
- Support implementation of digital tools and automation workflows
- Assist in testing and improving internal systems
- Identify issues and communicate technical findings clearly
- Document system usage and processes
- Apply structured problem-solving to technical challenges

TRACK 6: Creative Research & Brand Development
Focus: Supporting research, ideation, and brand-aligned strategy development.

Interns will be able to:
- Conduct structured research for creative or strategic initiatives

- Assist in preparing launch or campaign materials
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations

TRACK 7: Product & Curriculum Support
Focus: Supporting digital products, educational resources, and training materials.

Interns will be able to:
- Support development and organization of digital or educational products
- Assist in structuring learning materials and resources
- Apply user-focused thinking to product organization
- Support quality control and content accuracy
- Assist with updates and iteration processes
- Document product systems used in scalable knowledge platforms
ASSESSMENT METHODS (ALL TRACKS)
Intern performance and learning outcomes are assessed through:
- Supervisor evaluations (midpoint and final)
- Completion of required deliverables
- Case study submission
- Portfolio of executed work
- Systems documentation / SOP
- Capstone presentation
