The CNFDNT Internship Program™ — For Employers & Partners
What This Is
The CNFDNT Internship Program™ allows businesses, creators, and organizations to work with motivated interns without having to design, manage, or troubleshoot an internship program on their own.
CNFDNT acts as the program operator and intermediary—handling structure, sourcing, oversight, evaluations, and support—so you can focus on real work while gaining access to prepared, supported talent.
This program is built for modern businesses operating in media, content, culture, technology, and digital services.
Why Employers Work With CNFDNT
Hiring and developing talent is one of the hardest challenges for any business—especially in fast-moving, nontraditional fields where there is no clear “playbook.”
CNFDNT exists to:
- Reduce hiring and training friction
- Improve intern quality, readiness, and follow-through
- Support both interns and employers throughout the engagement
- Create better outcomes on both sides
You're not just getting help—you're getting structure, accountability, and support around that help.
How the Program Is Funded
CNFDNT is actively applying for and managing these funding pathways on an ongoing basis.
That said, employers have full flexibility:
- If funding is available, CNFDNT helps apply it to your interns
- If you prefer to get started immediately, you can fund participation directly
There is no requirement to wait on funding to participate.

Intern Sourcing: Flexible by Design
Employers have two simple options:
Bring your own intern
If you already have someone in mind—or are currently working with interns—you can bring them into the CNFDNT program for structure, oversight, and evaluation.
Have CNFDNT source interns for you
After completing the employer intake form, CNFDNT can source, screen, and recommend interns aligned with your needs.
There is no pressure either way. The program adapts to what works best for you.
Employer Responsibilities (What's Required)
To ensure intern success, each employer must have one designated point person responsible for working with the intern and coordinating with CNFDNT.
This can be:
- A manager
- A team lead
- Or the founder / creator
If you are a solopreneur or prefer to be hands-on, you may fulfill this role yourself.
Employer Responsibilities Include:
- Providing meaningful tasks or project direction
- Offering basic onboarding and context
- Periodic check-ins with the intern
- Providing feedback on performance
- Completing brief evaluations when requested
- Signing off on intern hours and deliverables
CNFDNT supports you throughout this process and keeps expectations clear and lightweight.
Why This Works
CNFDNT sits between talent and businesses to:
- Align expectations
- Improve communication
- Support accountability
- Reduce friction and risk
Interns are not left guessing.
Employers are not left managing alone.
The Bigger Picture
By participating, you are not just getting support—you are contributing to a larger effort to build adaptable, work-ready talent and expand access to opportunity, particularly for Black and Brown youth and those without traditional access to elite networks.
You get meaningful help.
Interns gain real experience.
Everyone wins.
