About CNFDNT & Program Leadership
CNFDNT is an operator-led platform and professional ecosystem designed to support high-performing founders, creators, media platforms, and businesses through structured systems, talent development, and operational execution. CNFDNT functions as an infrastructure layer behind influential brands, focusing on sustainability, accountability, and real-world outcomes rather than surface-level consulting.
The CNFDNT Internship Program™ is led and administered by B. Amechi Okechukwu, a strategic operator, media producer, and business manager with experience spanning enterprise environments, high-growth media platforms, and international partnerships. B. Amechi began his professional career at Ernst & Young, where he developed foundational skills in analytics, organizational systems, and executive operations before transitioning into entrepreneurship and program leadership.
Since then, he has worked closely with founders, creators, and organizations operating at scale—serving in senior operational and production roles across media, technology, and consulting. He is the co-creator and producer of High Level Conversations, an award-winning media platform ranked within the top 1% of podcasts globally, and has played a central role in building large-scale content ecosystems, live events, and digital platforms with measurable reach and operational complexity.
Through CNFDNT's established network, interns may be placed with or gain exposure to leading platforms and organizations in modern media, business, and culture. This includes proximity to brands such as Earn Your Leisure, widely recognized as the largest financial literacy media platform in the world, as well as work connected to creators and thought leaders such as 19Keys.
Intern placements are not observational or simulated. Participants support active operations, live audiences, and real business systems, often within organizations operating at the highest levels of their respective industries. All placements are centrally managed, supervised, and evaluated by CNFDNT to ensure academic integrity, professional standards, and documented outcomes.
The CNFDNT Internship Program™ is intentionally designed to be:
- Institutionally legitimate
- Academically defensible
- Professionally supervised
- Network-enabled but centrally governed
